What is your role at Hawk Adventures?
I manage the social media for Hawk Adventures.

What do you enjoy most about your work in the outdoors?
I think that being outside relieves stress and is good for your mental wellbeing.

What made you join Hawk Adventures?
My husband works for Hawk Adventures and one day I just started helping out.

 

What’s your favourite outdoor location or adventure spot?
Pre kids I used to love going on adventures with my overseas, nowadays we enjoy what our locality has to offer. One of my favourite locations is Three Cliffs, Gower.

I love Porth yr Ogof caves.
