What to Expect
- Our archery sessions are designed to give you the perfect balance of skill-building, competition and laughs. Here is how a typical session runs:
- Meet your instructor at the arranged location (we provide full directions in advance).
- Learn the safe use of the bow and arrow from our qualified instructors.
- Practice your aim with coaching tips to help you improve shot by shot.
- Take part in fun games and challenges tailored to your group.
- Finish with a friendly competition to award the “Best with a Bow” of the day, complete with a medal for the winner.
Sessions usually last around 3.5 hours for a half day or 7 hours for a full day (often paired with another activity)

To confirm your booking, we’ll request a deposit, with the remaining balance payable the day before your scheduled activity.
Booked an individual climbing session for my grandson aged 14 ( with his grandfather) with Steffan. It was great for his self confidence and he will definitely continue with this activity. We would come back to Wales specifically for Steffan.
Excellent instruction and tuition from Steffan for four ‘apprehensive’ climbers. Steffan was very patient and calming showing us the ‘ropes’. Would definitely recommend.
We had a great full day of activities with Hawk Adventure and had Steve as our guide. We started in the morning with rock climbing and abseiling which was a great fun, and Steve made us feel at ease with his expertise.

Safety and Equipment

- Full safety briefing and ongoing supervision.
- Instructors are qualified, first-aid trained and experienced in running safe sessions for all ages.
Footwear Hire
If you’d like to hire suitable outdoor boots for your archery session, these are available at a cost of £5 per person and can be added to your booking in advance of your visit. The fee covers wear and tear as well as cleaning and drying costs.
Please let us know at least 5 days prior to your activity date if you wish to hire boots, so we can have them ready for your arrival.
